Job Duties
Prepare individual income tax returns with precision and accuracy
Assistance with 1099 and W-2 preparation in January, as needed
Be attentive and responsive to client needs throughout the year
Flexible work schedule with the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during tax season, from early January through mid-May 2025, with the potential for part-time to full-time availability for the remainder of the year.
Qualifications Needed
Experience completing individual tax returns
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, and tax
Experience in skilled technology to navigate computer systems and software, including professional tax software and QuickBooks
Skill in researching information using various tax and publication tools to understand client needs
Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
Ability to articulate information clearly and accurately - via telephone, email and in-person
