Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized person to join our team. The ideal candidate will help our project tram with projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who pays attention to details, has great communication skills and can handle many tasks well. While some experience is this area is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Keep detailed and accurate records of calls received.
Provide basic and accurate information for in-person visits and via phone calls/emails.
Coordinate and communicate with various vendors to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
Manage and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Helping our Estimator with project entrees.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction and manage your time well.
Act as a point of contact for project team members, offering administrative support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience in project management or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Customer service attitude.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
